I know of one student that received and accepted an offer at Akerman, and another that was offered at GT. Those are the only two I know of personally. ITT there appears to have been 1-2 other/additional GT offers.

Ridiculous. They can never just give a straight up answer. They've been saying "you'll hear this week" for weeks now to many people, and we're almost through September.
I know of multiple people with offers there. They're probably waiting to see what happens with them and others who've been offered

dinged me ages ago, offered folks ages ago, too. They really prefer a Miami-Dade birth certificate.

They have a website and I've met a recruiter from there, but I still feel like they don't actually exist.

Re: the edited post above--GT is a notoriously awful place to work. That said, I'm still disappointed I got dinged.

White & Case and Greenberg are well renowned sweatshops.

What are the reputations of Boies, Akerman, HK, Hogan?

I have heard bad things about bilzin too. Have a couple friends at akerman who love it, has a great culture and the hours are not insane, usually 10-8 or 9 and not a lot of weekends. Don't know about the others enough to comment

White and Case hours are worse than 10-9?

I interviewed with Hogan. I felt like my interviewers were talking to me like I was beneath them. Not sure if that's representative of the entire office.

GT ding, CB about two weeks ago. Not at all surprised considering I stepped out of one of my interviews to take a phone call, and had my phone out in all the others. (My dad was in surgery during my callback, and his surgeon texted me asking to call at one point.)

All the above is right. White&Case/GT/Bilzin in Miami are infamous. I've heard Boies is near NY Boies hours too, though that's tougher to get a handle on.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
