How long between screening interview and callback, usually? Had a screener with top SF firm recently, but no callback yet. After 24 hours has passed, is it usually a ding?

Probably an unanswerable question but do phone offers generally come in the morning or afternoon? I only ask because the place where I am working is strict about phone usage but I'd rather not have an offer go to VM.

IME, any time during business hours. Just let it go to voicemail and call back when you can (during business hours).

Mine came at 4:30 EST. I had to let it go to VM, but I plan on calling tomorrow. It's perfectly fine to let it go to VM, so don't worry :)

There's absolutely nothing wrong with letting an offer call go to VM. During OCI you're probably going to let all of the CB/offer calls go to VM anyways. Definitely call back relatively quickly to let the person know you got their voicemail and are excited, etc. But there's no reason to worry about letting any call during the process go to VM so long as you are good about following up.
