The #1 thing you should be doing is mass mailing. Sending out applications to every firm that you have not interviewed at yet in markets that you're interested in + New York.

You're definitely not alone -- there were more people than you think in this position last year who ended up more than fine. But, you need to hustle. It is my understanding that OCS is not very helpful, but no harm in reaching out to them
