Congratuations! When was your callback?
Not anon above, but had callback a little over 2 weeks ago and got an offer the Thursday after (~4 days). Their committee meets Wednesdays.

Hey, guys. Is it just me or are things being held up a bit? If so, does anyone know what's been holding things up? One thing I'm hearing is people are sitting on offers. Any idea if this is accurate? Thanks!

I'm guessing like yourself but it has to be. Per NALP, each person can hold onto upto 5 at any given moment so using 28 days there should be some offers to go around later down the road.

really dumb question here, but what does a CB look like? I got an email saying they are thankful for my application and a recruiter will be contacting me within the next few weeks.

How long does it take between that email and for a recruiter to contact me? More insight is appreciated.
