Re: 3L OCI
seems like there's a couple of us waiting for DPW, so here's to hoping silence does not equal ding. I'm waiting only from the end of last week, but by the end of the week my doubting will begin.

Regarding DPW, I assume they are waiting til the end of the week to finish interviews and will make their decisions after comparing all of the candidates. I assume next Monday or Tuesday we'll all be getting our offers or dings.
Any news on any other firms not named Weil?

Skadden and STB email dings recently from mass mailing. Both NYC. STB said they filled their hiring needs from their summer class.Anonymous User wrote:Regarding DPW, I assume they are waiting til the end of the week to finish interviews and will make their decisions after comparing all of the candidates. CB from Weil today. Literally cried when I opened the email. Have hope, friends.
Odd email from Alston & Bird. I applied last week for a lit associate position, and sent a follow up email letting them know I'd be in NY. The recruiting coordinator said they were still reviewing resumes but would try to get back to me. I don't know if this is good/bad/indifferent.

Re: 3L OCI
when did you have yours?? damn i hope there aren't too many other ppl that show out of the woodwork on here lol.
only one person grilled me. a senior associate who didnt make partner and clearly hated life. everyone else was cool, but you know, one person is all it takes to ding you. so basically im hoping DPW doesnt' work that way, and i've heard mixed things from previous threads whether they need all people, or all but one to agree.
