Is it annoyingly petty to email recruiting at a firm that has ghosted me post-CB for like a month, 'withdrawing my candidacy'?

I've accepted an offer elsewhere (a few weeks ago actually) and have clearly been dinged/WL'ed at this firm, the point is just about passive-aggressively criticizing them for ghosting people and reminding them that I haven't forgot...

Absolutely not, fuck em. They aren't going to put it in some file to pull out later on if you ever wanted to lateral there, ya know?

Nope not yet, CB was around this time last week.

Did you get a timeline from them re hearing back? they didn't tell me anything about when to expect a response

What's the protocol when you accept an offer, but still have been ghosted by other firms (2+ weeks of nothing)? Do you email the ghosts and tell them to withdraw your app, or just continue the silence?

I believe it is best to withdraw your app from the firms that you decided not to go to. You may free up a spot on the waitlist and someone will appreciate that.
