Thanks for sharing! I had a CB in early January & have heard nothing since. URM here.

Would be very interested in hearing people's conversion rate once they've accepted an offer. How many applications --> screeners --> callbacks --> offers. Mostly because I'm wondering if a CB = an offer as long as you don't drastically screw up?

I think this varies a lot by firm and maybe by whether they have to fly you out

I also had a screener 2 weeks ago, and got median-ish grades so I'm not feeling great about CB chances

I also had a screener 2 weeks ago, and got median-ish grades so I'm not feeling great about CB chances
TBH not quite sure how the percentiles calculate here. Would say probably somewhere in the top 30% or so. Nothing groundbreaking. URM\HYS\strong Local connections\Big Law Paralegal if any of that seems relevant...
