I imagine this means STB NY is done hiring 1Ls for the year. Oh well.

Had CB last week. They're continuing CBs next week and will make offers by the end of the week.Anonymous User wrote:Has anyone heard back from Morgan Lewis NYC? Had a screener a couple of weeks ago, got invited to their diversity conference, and then got a very vague email about how they can’t move to CB until they screen everyone... but it’s been radio silence since.

Top 5% CCN, non-URM diverse. Applied 12/1, straight to callback.

Would be very interested in hearing people's conversion rate once they've accepted an offer. How many applications --> screeners --> callbacks --> offers. Mostly because I'm wondering if a CB = an offer as long as you don't drastically screw up?

I think this varies a lot by firm and maybe by whether they have to fly you outAnonymous User wrote:Would be very interested in hearing people's conversion rate once they've accepted an offer. How were your grades?Anonymous User wrote:Skadden 1L Scholars CB a few hours after grade submission via email. Screener 2-weeks ago.
HYS.
I also had a screener 2 weeks ago, and got median-ish grades so I'm not feeling great about CB chances

TBH not quite sure how the percentiles calculate here. Would say probably somewhere in the top 30% or so. Nothing groundbreaking. URM\HYS\strong Local connections\Big Law Paralegal if any of that seems relevant...Anonymous User wrote:How were your grades?Anonymous User wrote:Skadden 1L Scholars CB a few hours after grade submission via email.
