Is there a place where we can see the 25th percentile, median, 75th percentile grade trends for prior years of EIP?

Unsure if this is helpful or not but I stole a glance at a Ropes interviewer's info sheet and it said that they are targeting top 50% at H.Anonymous User wrote:Or with almost straight Ps?Anonymous User wrote:Anyone with straight Ps getting Boston cbs at Proskauer, Ropes, White & Case?

I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, but if we got a callback, can we assume we made it past the firm's grade/qualifications standards? I feel a little insecure about my grades but did get callbacks.

I hope that's not a new policy, screener to callback ratio used to be quite good. Maybe I should stop refreshing my email... :/Anonymous User wrote:Unsure if this is helpful or not but I stole a glance at a Ropes interviewer's info sheet and it said that they are targeting top 50% at H.Anonymous User wrote:Or with almost straight Ps?Anonymous User wrote:Anyone with straight Ps getting Boston cbs at Proskauer, Ropes, White & Case?

lol that's well above median. Isn't median typically 3H?Anonymous User wrote:I got Ropes with 1 DS/3H/6P for what it's worth? I wish there would be an authoritative answer to this question! Some firms gave callbacks without seeing transcripts and I'm not sure how to read thatAnonymous User wrote:I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, but if we got a callback, can we assume we made it past the firm's grade/qualifications standards? Re: HLS EIP 2017
At my firm the answer is yes. We wouldn't invite anybody to a callback if we were worried about their grades. We occasionally make exceptions to the grade cutoff but that is done before inviting them for a callback. i believe the only time I even see a candidates transcript is when I get it at OCI interviews. During callbacks I only get their resume.Anonymous User wrote:I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, but if we got a callback, can we assume we made it past the firm's grade/qualifications standards?
