If I only have a few (less than 5) callbacks and very low screener->callback ratio, should I be worried and start mass mailing? Or are some firms really just a bit slower and callbacks could still roll in?
I've been to OCS, but they say not to worry, and I would rather be preemptively prepared in case things don't go well.
