I am curious what peoples' thoughts are on Baker Botts v. V&E in Houston. Only interested in general corporate (M&A/Securities). I get that people are in general a little more nerdy at BB, which is apparent when interviewing. But my curiosity is to hear what other students/attorneys think of the two shops?
