Up to three callbacks now. One for OCI and two for mass mailing. Seems like the GW name at least means a bit for mass mailing since these firms are not in the target area of the school.

Only three rejections so far via OCI and hearing nothing for most of it. The silence sucks. But it seems like the regional firms are just now starting to kick it into gear whereas the NYC/DC firms were a bit more prompt.

Its true. The GW name gets you better results outside of D.C. When I was interviewing, I had a total of 9 CBs and none were from OCI. All either mass mails or job fairs. Out of town firms would always comment on how good of a school GW is and of course D.C. firms aren't really impressed. If you're going to go to GW keep an open mind about other markets. D.C. is just really tough for GW.
