Wow... same day as your callback! That's awesome. Do they allow you to do the second half of the summer if you split?

Oops... I'm sorry, I misread your question, obviously. The CB was last week.Anonymous User wrote:Wow... same day as your callback! That's awesome. Do they allow you to do the second half of the summer if you split?Anonymous User wrote:Today (call).Anonymous User wrote:

Cool... still a decently quick turnaround.Anonymous User wrote: Oops... I'm sorry, I misread your question, obviously. The CB was last week.
No, they don't. 6-10 weeks, and have to start with them.Anonymous User wrote:Cool... still a decently quick turnaround.Anonymous User wrote: Oops... I'm sorry, I misread your question, obviously. The CB was last week.
So, do you know if V&E allows second half splits?
That's what I thought, but it didn't say first half on NALP. Hope I get an offer either way.Anonymous User wrote:No, they don't. 6-10 weeks, and have to start with them.Anonymous User wrote:Cool... still a decently quick turnaround.Anonymous User wrote: Oops... I have a friend who received an offer from BB in Austin (T14, Top 10%, Law Review).Anonymous User wrote:Anyone heard from any of the Big 3 in Austin?
Any idea how many SAs Bracewell plans to have? I know that in Houston Bracewell offers a second-half program. Do they do likewise in Dallas?Anonymous User wrote:Bracewell-Dallas started offering today.

FWIW I got a JW Dallas offer yesterday that came by phone.Anonymous User wrote:Any news on JW? Rumor has it that JW mailed out letters yesterday (Wed. 9/22). Is it actually possible that they don't call but rather snail mail SA offers?
Could I trouble you for the time between callback and offer? Also, did the OCI interviewer call? Thanks!Anonymous User wrote:FWIW I got a JW Dallas offer yesterday that came by phone.Anonymous User wrote:Any news on JW? Rumor has it that JW mailed out letters yesterday (Wed. 9/22). any buzz on campus? i'm outside of the state of texas so i think that i am the only person at my school even considering locke lord.Anonymous User wrote:nothing for me.Anonymous User wrote:Any word on Locke Lord Houston handing out offers?
I got an offer from them about a week ago (posted on this thread). Probably going to take the 2nd-half split with them, but haven't been able to respond to them yet for personal reasons. I feel bad, b/c they've been great in general, and I know I'm slowing them down (which I'm sure is frustrating to you guys too).Anonymous User wrote:Any word on Locke Lord Houston handing out offers?
Will you spend your first half at a Big3? I have another second half offer, but was hoping to snag Locke Lord. I have a first half offer lined up.Anonymous User wrote:I got an offer from them about a week ago (posted on this thread). I have a V&E offer too, but I may be turning it down for a firm closer to family (because of the same personal reasons). It's a really tough decision to make.Anonymous User wrote:Will you spend your first half at a Big3? I have another second half offer, but was hoping to snag Locke Lord. Dallas... though I would LOVE to go to Austin. It's a tough area to crack, and the work is pretty slow there, but it'd be worth it.Anonymous User wrote:As in Austin / San Antonio or out-of-state?Anonymous User wrote: I have a V&E offer too, but I may be turning it down for a firm closer to family (because of the same personal reasons).
