Did you end up hearing back yesterday by any chance?Anonymous User wrote: ↑Fri Aug 06, 2021 9:59 amHave not heard back. I can't remember if they said we'd hear back this Friday or next Friday.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Fri Aug 06, 2021 7:18 amHas anyone who did a CB with DPW this week heard back yet? If so, when was your CB (and when did you hear back)? Thanks!

If we haven't received CB invitations from NY firms we met during EIP, is it safe to assume we've been rejected? The NY market moves so fast that I can't imagine still being in contention after this long.

Good chance, but not necessarily. I received a CB mid/late last week for a NY shop I initially interviewed with on July 30th (there were plenty of people on here reporting getting the CB the day of the screener or on Monday).Anonymous User wrote: ↑Sat Aug 07, 2021 12:51 pmIf we haven't received CB invitations from NY firms we met during EIP, is it safe to assume we've been rejected? Have people still not heard back from GD NY about callbacks? If we haven't heard back about callbacks is it still possible we have a chance because it seems like no one has heard back?

How long do DC firms usually take to followup on a CB?

Are people still getting new callback invites from EIP screeners or should we abandon hope if we haven’t heard anything?

Highly unlikely. No point worrying about something you can’t control. Expect you got dinged and focus your energy on the CBs you do have.Okaynowwot wrote: ↑Mon Aug 09, 2021 7:33 amAre people still getting new callback invites from EIP screeners or should we abandon hope if we haven’t heard anything?

Not sure any of us can give a good answer for "usually" other than that it's probably more variable than at the big NY firms due to the smaller size. Will say I got two offers today from CBs last week (Wed/Thurs) but am also waiting on one from a pre-oci CB on 7/28 and one from a second CB this past Thurs.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Sun Aug 08, 2021 6:40 pmHow long do DC firms usually take to followup on a CB?
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
