Has any one gotten an offer from Ropes in DC? What was the turnaround between cb and offer?

Brown Rudnick

Weiner Brodsky Kider
HP in house position

Waiting to hear back on W&C CB from August 26. Recruiter said should be two weeks, heard this Monday, 9/8, that they are still making a decision and will "be in touch soon." I haven't seen anyone with an offer from W&C DC. Is this fact, or have peeps with offers simply not posted yet? Anyone Dinged from W&C DC?

Williams and Connolly waits until they've met everyone from a school before they make a decision, and I heard they send them all out at once. Basically, if you haven't heard, no one has from what I hear.

I got a Brown Rudnick CB but cancelled it (UVA here). Can't help on the rest.

Got an offer from Latham about a week after cb. I'm not sure what people think about them in general, but the people were incredible outgoing and just really nice folks in my experience. Decided to go elsewhere, so I hope that opens something up for someone.

Brown Rudnick hasn't been the best this past year. Just be informed of how crappy they are going in.

Why in the world would you consider brown rudnick if you had any other options at all. THEY RESCINDED FULL TIME OFFERS TO GRADUATING STUDENTS TWO WEEKS BEFORE FINALS. That is way more of a career killer than telling them to F off and spending 2L/3L looking for a job at a real firm

Also people accepting offers this summer means that they do not suffer and realize that they can completely get away with it without any huge repercussion.

Seems like White & Case is the firm on here with the most people posting about turning down offers. Hopefully that bodes well for my chances (CB this week).
