when do you guys have your CBs scheduled? A lot of firms only have availability after the fall semester starts. So one has to skipped some classes to attend the CBs. Or classes are the last thing to worry about at this moment...?

[sarcasm] Definitely don't skip class for a callback. If that means you end up with no summer associate position, so be it. [/sarcasm]Anonymous User wrote:when do you guys have your CBs scheduled? Is this a real question? Lol. YES skip all the class you need to. Plus, 1L should have taught you that September is pretty worthless for studying/doing much classwork anyways.Anonymous User wrote:[sarcasm] Definitely don't skip class for a callback. I'm doing a bunch this week, but yeah I intend to schedule as many more as I need to pretty much without regard to my class schedule.

No this is not a real question. It's just annoying that a few classes require attendance in the first meeting.Anonymous User wrote:Is this a real question? Lol. YES skip all the class you need to. Any callbacks during the weekend? The past couple years there seemed to be cbs going out during sat and sun but there doesn't seem to be any reported this year. Anyone get any?

Just curious, did anyone receive a call from his/her Davis Polk's interviewer in addition to the email notification?

Am I screwed if I schedule my Davis Polk CB on the 29th? Assume I'm already a pretty mediocre candidate.
