How long has it taken for firms to offer callbacks after screeners? (For example: Cravath, Skadden, Wachtell)

Not specifically those firms but I’ve seen anywhere from same day to 1-3 business days later.

Is Pre-OCI a waste of time for me? T25, well above median but school doesn't rank. I know I'm not top 10% though (which is the only rankings "band" provided). Trying to leverage networking but wondering if cold applying is worth the time.

Interested in NYC and Dallas/Houston, have strong ties to all. Just don't know if or where I'd be competitive since i'm first gen/CDO tries to funnel people in regular OCI so isn't helpful.

Definitely not a waste. I was well above median at a T30 and my school didn't rank. Got a number of offers. I don't think being first gen has anything to do with it?

Career office will want people in OCI but get while the getting is good and apply early.

AFAIK, they have the same practice of extending offers at the end of a callback during both pre-OCI and EIP

I don't think is the case anymore. Several 3Ls at my school got offers 4-5 days post callback last year.

Took screeners from office at my current firm (they know I’m recruiting). Was this a bad idea?

DPW is being surprisingly picky this year on giving offers to people who got CBs.

Yeah it's a bad look but if you're doing pre-OCI screeners with WLRK and Cravath, you will probably be okay to jump ship
