These rates are nuts, particularly for 1-3 year associates. Don’t know how clients justify those rates … in any event, 4th year, labor and employment litigation at biglaw firm.
$510 per hour is standard rate. Many cases on different billing arrangements (a lot of blended rates).

8th year tax associate at V100, billable rate is $750. Compressed pay salaries/non market bonuses for midlevels and seniors makes more sense if V5 first years are billing out at a higher rate than me

S&C/CSM rates are wild - like 800-1100+ for 1st years.
