aren't cbs given out around the same time? like if you have already gotten it, my chance of getting it is extremely low? i'm wondering not just in GDC's case but in general

honestly unclear. Looks like dings go out all at once but CBs can, and often do, trickle out. I base this off of activity on the other forums.
