Bumping this. Also interested in ACC compensation. Is the base salary still topping out in the $150k-$165k range? What's all-in look like at ACC level?

One of my best friends works at Amazon and has been involved in hiring. They recently told me that every Amazon employee's base salary tops out at $165,000, and any comp above that only comes from signing bonuses or stock (which, can be a lot).

ACC is about 260k-270k in Seattle TC ($145k base) from what I was told. Amount depends on class year -- this was for Class of 2016 grad.

Any idea if comp is typically negotiable or not?Anonymous User wrote: ↑Wed May 26, 2021 12:57 pmACC is about 260k-270k in Seattle TC ($145k base) from what I was told. Amount depends on class year -- this was for Class of 2016 grad.

Comp is generally not negotiable. I have seen them go up slightly from their initial offer via additional signing bonus or RSUs but that tends to be only a 5k bump in total comp.
