To those who received an offer: do you mind sharing your stats? Is it more competitive than NY?

Anyone get a callback/offer at London offices who would be willing to share their dates & the firm name?

had callback for Freshfields London on 15/8; offer on 17/8.

i had a screener and callback with Latham SG; callback was about two weeks ago. no news as of yet.

I know people who did callback Mid-August and did not hear back.

I'm curious -- how do international callbacks work? Do you skype with Asia or go to the NY office and meet people who work on Asia matters...?

Some firms would fly several HK/SG partners over to their NY office just for the callback interviews.

That seems extraordinarily more expensive and inconvenient than simply flying the candidate to Hong Kong.
