Are you actually using your real email address to seek an uncommon amount of detail about what happens if you’ve committed an ethics violation?

I posted a couple days ago advising that person to not use their personal email address as their username and suggesting that the mods might want to delete the post so others wouldn't see that someone using their real email address was asking about ethics advice. Instead, the mods deleted my post, though I am still not sure why.

You asked the mods to delete a post so they deleted a post. What's the problem.

Also Real Email dude posted more comments after several ppl told them not to.

I suggested the mods might want to delete the real email address post if it was accidental. Why would I suggest they delete MY post? That makes no sense at all.

To be fair, you originally quoted the post that you suggest be deleted, complete with attribution to the email-username, so if mods hadn't deleted your post you would have completely undermined your own effort.
