OP, the in house position sounds like a great opportunity (at least money and work life balance wise)! From what I heard, two more years will not increase the salary to more than what you are offered here. Do you mind me asking how you got it?

OP here, I replied to a cold email from a recruiter. My research makes me think that I will be able to make a bit more as a 4th year
