No question it would be Hillary. She used to lead the Legal Services Corporation. I bet that gets a big funding boost. Plus, if she wins big enough for D's to take back the House, we'll pass our first real budget since 2010, which means FedGov agency jobs would open up again. Plus, as others have noted, more regulation.
More plaintiff funding and more regulation means more Biglaw work, too.
I think either Trump or Johnson would be the death knell to this ailing profession.
