cb 3 weeks ago, offer today. Declined immediately because already accepted somewhere else. A friend just got and declined a cb today from OCI screener, which was like 5 weeks ago. It seems active.

CB tomorrow from an app submitted in 3rd week of June. Sounds like they're definitely trying to fill spots. People must have pulled out.
