The Cravath lady at the CPC event called that the "holding pattern." You're on the "B" team waiting for others to cancel callbacks or be rejected. In this process it seems that no news is good news.Anonymous User wrote:Wondering the same..Anonymous User wrote:Is no news, good news? Well looks like I completely struck out and no callbacks. Anyone else in this position? Curious to hear stats for the people getting callbacks.

Just a hair above median and 12 screeners. I know, it sucks, and I did not expect to get anything. Not sure what to do next though.Anonymous User wrote:Stats & How many screeners did you have?Anonymous User wrote:Well looks like I completely struck out and no callbacks. Have you received dings yet? Still holding out hope that firms will choose me off of their holding lists (if they exist).

+1 Dechert CB. Hogan has apparently forgotten about us: no dings or CB's, as far as I've heard.

Re: Fordham Law EIW
you still have fall weeks 1-8 and misc opportunities throughout the year. I know a 3L who had 3 CBs but still struck out. After the summer, he landed a nyc offer making 160/180 in corporate law. some firm that recruited on campus during fall weeks. the firm was not in vault but still a respectable 100+ attorney international firm he was ranked in btwn 33rd and 50th pctle. keep your head up!Anonymous User wrote:Well looks like I completely struck out and no callbacks. I saw some callbacks I've received missing from the first page: Paul Hastings, Schulte, Reed Smith, and Kramer Levin.
