Is it a good idea to update firms you interviewed with that you got an offer from your summer firm? Or would it even matter at this point if you haven't heard back?

Not necessarily. Some firms wait to do callbacks until after OCI. It just depends on the firm.

I had a callback in DC already. FF ding almost immediately. Radio silence from three. Does anyone know the timeframe for Sidley?

I was told "August" which was consistent with some of the other firms I spoke with. Obviously not a very helpful time frame. One firm told me two weeks and I just got dinged earlier this week.

really dumb question-- what does a CB entail or look like? I received a "thank you for your application, we're still reviewing them, and a recruiter will contact you in a few weeks". Is that a CB? feedback appreciated!
