I finally tried some soylent and it wasn't too bad. I'm thinking of supplementing it with peanut butter, or chocolate syrup, or fruit to change it up but it isn't bad.
It's a little weird to mix up if you aren't at home. Give it a try!

stash Quest protein bars in the drawer; gatorades; waters; cliff bars; bananas; apples.
Snack on fruit and nuts, granola, or other things. Good carbs and protein. Then at night, when you're home from work, just eat a massive meal.
Edit: I second the crock pot Idea.. throw 3 lbs of chicken in it, by the next day its the juiciest thing ever. Pair it with a rice cooker, and you have dinner ready with minimal effort as soon as you walk in the door
