Current job: Associate, Am law 100 firm. First job out of law school.

Note anything you think helped? I totally bullshited my ties to the city I'm in now during interview. Luckily, no one remembered 9 months later when I summered or else I would have been living an elaborate lie for the rest of my time here.

What law school did you go to: GULC
What was your estimated debt at graduation: Low six figures (now paid in full)
What was your class ranking: ~ top 1/3
Law journal or moot court: Tax journal
Note anything you think helped you get your first legal job: Dumb luck, doing a callback a week before the bottom fell out in the market

Current job: Associate at V25 (only mention it bc TLS is obsessed)

At what point did you get your first legal job (before graduation, at graduation, three months, etc...): I was a summer associate during my 2L summer. I landed that through OCI. I received an offer after the end of the summer program.
What year did you graduate: 2014
What law school did you go to: CCN
What was your estimated debt at graduation: $0
What was your class ranking: I was top 5-10% at my 1L school (a T1), and then transferred into CCN and was about top 30%. School didn't keep track, though.
Law journal or moot court: non-law review journal. Waste of time.
Note anything you think helped you get your first legal job: Grades and CCN were 95% of it. Thank God for OCI. Ability to interact with other humans was also helpful. But I didn't network much or otherwise have any stellar attributes.
