No business. Junior associate. My bonus was basically NYC market (a little shy). Billed about 2300.

Thanks for the info. Are you at one of the St. Louis firms that roughly pay St. Louis "market" for base salary? Do you have a sense as to whether getting a "market" NYC bonus is pretty standard, or whether you were above the curve at your firm given your high billing? Finally, what approximate class year are you? (E.g., 1st-2nd year, 2nd-3rd year, 3rd-4th year, etc.)

The BC bonus scale from last year is available on ATL and I'm sure this year's will be soon enough too. This year's is basically 30% higher than last year's.

Rumor around the streets is that a certain St. Louis office paid a 250k bonus this year to a highly sought after lateral associate.

I hadn't heard this before, but it seems incredibly unlikely to me.
