I've been told to leave a public park after park closing time before too. It never once occurred to me I might have a criminal record because of it.

Things that are records:

Tickets
Arrests

Indictments
Pleas

Things that are not records:

I got a traffic ticket in summer 2014 for speeding in a school zone (29 MPH in a 15 MPH zone). The charges were reduced at the hearing where I pleaded guilty and I just had to pay a fine. Should this be disclosed?

Also, in summer 2014 I was a Legal Intern. During that internship, I was scolded for my supervisor for not getting an assignment done in a timely manner. Is this "discipline" that should be disclosed? Paranoid!

Being scolded by your supervisor is not discipline that needs to be reported. It means something that goes on your record for some kind of failure to follow rules, not negative feedback.

The traffic ticket should be disclosed, probably, depending on what the application asks.

In most states you submit all this information well before you take the exam, as part of the application you submit actually to take it.

It's a sign, you should go out with the "judge".

You went back to Boston from PA to have a face-to-face with the dean?
