Finnegan pays 160k in ATL; I have HEARD (but cannot confirm) that some other ATL firms also pay NYC/DC market for their patent practices exclusively.

Yes, Finnegan and Fish both pay NYC scale. And some GPs start at 160 with a compressed scale for people with patent reg numbers. But, that's anomalous. "Market" is 135 with some paying 150.

Most the big firms in Orange County, CA to my knowledge pay 160k. The annual raises may not be NY-sized though.
