How long does it take to receive the formal offer letter? Does it come in via mail or email? How long should I wait to follow up with Recruiting if I haven't received the letter?

7 - 9 days in NY seems long to me compared with other firms. Has anyone heard anything from last week callbacks?

I cb interviewed on 8/18 and havent heard anything either. the HR person wont even respond.
