TAKE THE JOB! As others have already pointed out you've almost certainly already missed biglaw because of your grades. A federal job starting at GS13S4 is really great. A lot of entry level attorney positions (i.e., JD required) only start at GS12 with raises to GS14.
If the option was for a JD advantage job paying 60K, I think there would have at least been a question about whether to take it, but at 100K you'd be crazy not to jump at this opportunity.
