Not exactly sure what being worked to death constitutes, but I'm pretty sure hypertension from stress and lack of sleep could lead to the enlarged heart

The Skadden woman who died had been working something like 72 hours straight and died after passing out at her desk. Pretty different story from a death relating to pregnancy.
