Sometime last week. I haven't heard anything yet, I'm just trying to get a sense of whether they might have met yesterday and made a bunch of offers last night. At this point, I fully expect to receive an email ding today or a rejection via mail sometime over the next week.

I know a bunch of people still waiting, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but obviously saddened to hear someone who did CB after me already got an offer.

Any other diverse applicants in here that received the diversity recruiting reception invite (next week in NY)? I'm pretty sure it means nothing, but was just thinking that it would be super awkward to rsvp for it only to be dinged later this week or early next week.

Got it a few days after my CB. Had same concerns but rsvp'ed, and got an offer a couple of days after that. Worked out for me so hopefully it's a good sign for you too.

For anyone that has received a post-CB rejection (my condolences) was it by email or snail mail? I know it's unlikely that any of these people are bothering with this topic anymore, but it can't hurt to try...

I haven't heard of a post-CB rejection from Ropes yet, which does not make me feel good about my chances.

I know, at least if you knew some people had already been rejected you could say you missed [at least one round of] the rejections and feel better about your chances of getting that phone call.

FWIW someone posted in another topic this morning that a friend of their's got on offer from the NYC office, but they failed to specify exactly when. Also someone in a different topic said that they received an email ding from the SF office, although they didn't say whether it was post-screener or post-CB.
