A few friends had callbacks at Mintz. Both were dinged as far as I know.
I haven't heard from Mintz yet. I was assuming no contact is a good thing (it's not a rejection letter), but after hearing about my friends' callbacks I'm worried that they simply don't bother with rejection e-mails.

I'm wondering if they do some sort of rolling callback process, or if they just don't inform people that they will not be receiving a CB.

It was my first CB so I didn't have it down yet but I'd say 3/4 went well. Got dinged post-OCI from Ropes and Wilmer so really hoping to get offer from Mintz to have a Boston option.
