Out of sheer curiosity, how do interviewers have to evaluate people, both in screeners and cb's? I am really interested in all of that for whatever reason. Like what do you turn in?

Word. So you have to ask those questions? I figured it was less structured than that.
I read another associate somewhere on here saying they eval'd but there were specific spots asking stuff like "is there any reason this person my not fit in at this firm" but that may have been cb ones only.
