I've scheduled CBs with Briggs and Winthrop. Dinged by Fredrikson in a letter.

Anyone have any thoughts on Stinson Leonard Street? I had a really good impression of them from my screener, but I would be curious to get other people's thoughts on the firm.

Re: Minneapolis/Twin Cities OCI
gray plant mooty has given out at least two offers that I know of. I haven't heard of offers yet from other local firms. Some of them said they would get back to me by the end of this week.

Yup, Faegre's hiring on a rolling basis.
Let's say (hypothetically, of course) that you had to choose between Dorsey and Stinson. Which would you choose and why? (Yes, it depends, each is better for different reasons, etc.)

Re: Minneapolis/Twin Cities OCI
I have some friends who have accepted at Dorsey, Faegre, Stinson, and Gray Plant. Robins seems to be lagging a bit, but I hear that offers will be going out today/this week.

Probably Stinson. Good people. Good work. Have heard good things about the firm from the students/lawyers I have talked to.Anonymous User wrote:Yup, Faegre's hiring on a rolling basis.

Re: Minneapolis/Twin Cities OCI
You don't want to work at Faegre (unless you don't have other options). It's sink or swim coupled with NY biglaw hours but without the pay.
Stinson has a good reputation.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
