Wilson Sonsini, DC just came through. Cadwalader, Cleary, Covington, and Sutherland all appear to still be pending.

I'm wondering if this is a symplicity error. Look at the number of available spots, three of them haven't moved at all, surely SOMEONE would've accepted an interview by now.

All Chicago firms also changed to "not invited" for me. Weird?

Weird. They say Mayer Brown (DC) isn't out but I know for a fact the number of slots went from 8 to 7. I guess they added a break or something?

I think we're all making the mistake of assuming that Simplicity is a competent system. Mayer Brown is down to 2 now, but my page says that i was "not invited" to the 3 remaining Chicago firms even though none of them have submitted invitations yet. Guessing that's just Simplicity being shitty

I'm shocked - SHOCKED - that anyone would say such a thing about a well-designed, cutting edge program like Symplicity. /s

It looks like all of the firms for D.C. have already finished making their selections, except for Covington & Burling.

I believe pending means a ding only if that firm is listed in the front page announcement as having already completed all of its selections for this year.
