OP here, sorry to bring this back to life, but one question I was wondering...which firms are known to not have a cutoff? I have heard about firms like Schulte or Lowenstein but aren't sure...

Place NY firms higher. Atlanta is out of the question unfortunately.
Go for a job, with a preference for those w the biggest classes and lowest GPAs. A lot of the forks you have listed have very high median GPA requirements
