Yea I didn't bother mass mailing because I had 13 CBs, and did 55 screens and basically saturated two markets.

I haven't seen anyone strike out w a lot of CBs but I've seen people get offers from 1/12 and 1/14 so yeah I suppose that number exists somewhere but I'd just keep mailing until you get an offer bc it's just so easy

Yeah one thing that surprised me about OCI was how many people, even with great résumés, only landed one offer.

Did they mean to do this or did it just come out somehow? Seems like if you can't even control yourself in an interview setting you were weird enough to where you wouldn't have gotten a offer anyway.

Had a male friend at a callback lunch commit what could have been a Title VII violation against a female associate, had he already had a job there.

He got an offer.

So if you're going to be a misogynist, at least choose your targets carefully.

Yeah one thing that surprised me about OCI was how many people, even with great résumés, only landed one offer.

After receiving a first offer, I imagine a lot of people either cancel later callbacks or go to them unprepared. By the time you're at the offer stage you might have had 50+ interviews in two weeks...a man gets tired.
