OK, I'd consider your grades relative to your school.
Here's a binary situation for you:
If good grades, then won't matter at OCI if you did get no-offered (though it probably doesn't matter anyway). Firms will still be interested. Result: Take the SA.
If bad grades, then grades alone will ensure you don't have a good turn out at OCI. Result: Take the SA.
For kicks:
If you're in the middle, result: Take the SA. It's a lot of money.
What's the common result here?
