Are some firms slow about extending callbacks this year, or am I just a really horrible interviewer? I have done probably over 50 screeners and I have a grand total of one callback, and I'm starting to panic a little. My grades are probably a bit below median, but it's not like I have all P's. I'm going to start mass mailing like mad once OCI is over, but I'm worried that it will be too late by then.

I think it depends on the market. NYC seems to be moving much faster than others.

Yeah, some people have said that the California firms are moving slowly this year. I don't know if that's true or if it's just wishful thinking, but in the mean time, I would mass mail.
