Yes I should clarify that I'm a 2L and these are all SA offers. I'm aware that I'll need to clerk if I want a permanent position at Keker but was planning on applying for clerkships anyhow

Don't think that really changes things. Also, Keker repped HTC in HTC v. Apple.
