Re: Help: I'm a bore during interviews.
Here, for the hell of it I dug up old posts I wrote years ago when OCI was fresh in my head. Amazingly, I'm still saying the same shit, that facinates me and I don't know why. Reading something you wrote two years ago is sort of a mind trip. But I digress.
What I and others wrote relevant to this topic:
http://top-law-schools.com/forums/viewt ... =+callback
http://top-law-schools.com/forums/viewt ... =+callback
And I'll finish with this (it was hard to find!):
"Oh [the callback process is] very romantic. There's the online profile searching, the initial meeting with no commitment, the awkward lunches and dinners as you feel each other out, the buildup of anticipation, getting the go ahead to come back in the summer (second base), the hot and wild summer you hope will never end, the cash and the parties, and the inevitable consummation (home run) or heartrending breakup (anal, receiving end). You feel dirty in the end, but it was all worth the experience."

I fricken remember that one after all this time.
