I remember seeing people on here have some success from 3L mass mails around OCI time as well. Bottom line, it's still pretty tough

Yeah I noticed that too. This year at my school it seemed to be a lot of real estate and some corporate. Basically 0 general lit. By contrast the firms at 3L OCI seemed like they were just looking.
