I heard hiring overall is down a bit as compared to last year: 8 2L summers expected at Indy this year. No decisions out for a week or two, after the hiring committee meets.
When does the hiring committee meet? Have you contacted them directly?
If you don't mind saying, can you tell us from whom you gathered that information? Thanks.
i asked about class size and hiring timeline at the end of my CB.

When was your CB? I had mine over five weeks ago and before I left Sue told me they would have a decision in 3 to 5 weeks.

My constant Chicago office questions have been largely ignored. I'm just pointing this out. Has anyone else done a cb with them/gotten an offer?

Okay, so I do not have an offer or anything related to FBD, but wanted to point this out:
http://www.nalpdirectory.com/employer_p ... 2227%22%7D
So, they expect to hire 1 SA but have not hired any SAs for Chi in 2010 or 2011.

This branch only has 13 attorneys...
So, just sayin' its probably very low probability TLSers applied to that office.

The nalp stats are actually pretty wrong. They are taking at least 3 this year and are up to between 30-40. But I'm not actually getting annoyed just hoping that someone else with a chi cb clicks on it and doesn't dismiss it because its pure indy.

I contacted Sue a couple of days ago and she made it sound like the interview process is complete and that they are prepared to start making offers.
