PLease clarify: did you get your cb this week (post screener), or did you get your cb offer (post cb interview) this week?
When you say this week, do you mean yesterday or today?
My screening interview was 2 weeks ago and no word on anything yet
Thanks

Wow. I guess I'll get dinged since no word yet on anything.
What school are you from? If your screener was a while ago, it doesnt look good.
If your screener was this week, there still might be hope
Happy to report that Kasowitz is still doing cb's post screening. Screener was a couple of weeks ago.

Does Kasowitz wait until they complete all CBs before they make any offers?

I like how the rejection pdf is called "Form Letters 1." Made me laugh out loud, for real.

Has anyone heard any words of encouragement after sending a thank you note post cb, or do those thank you notes get ignored? Has anyone received any replies to a thank you note you may have sent?

Got rejected a week after my CB. I sent thank you emails to every attorney. Only got a response from one. Lol, I wonder why

Does this mean that if we haven't done a cb yet we're at a disadvantage vis-a-vis getting an offer (because they've already handed some out)?

I have wondered that myself. These firms really keep this information secret. I wish they would be more transparent. I have my cb scheduled, but hope all the spots are not filled by the time I have my cb interview!

This may be a silly question: are there others still waiting to hear back from a screener conducted 3+ weeks ago?
