Out of curiosity, are diversity fairs like SEO? SEO characterizes itself as diversity and you can apply as a whatever but in the end, they mainly recruit AA.

This is so unnecessary. Just go to the fair even as a straight white male. I've done it and the interviewer never asked me to my face how I'm diverse.

If the interviewer asks, you just burst into tears and say, I can't believe you would ask that!

Some people I know who are white went. They're women and said that's how they were diverse. Still got cbs.

LGBTs. Religious minorities sometimes, too. I know a lot of Jewish guys who went (and interviewing to NY, where being Jewish is not diversity).

Interviewers don't care, though.

Jews are over represented in every US legal market, even the ones with lower Jewish populations in general.
