Agreed. I don't always wear glasses (only need distance) but I always wear them to interviews and meetings.

also your attire can make you seem older. avoid navy suits - stick to charcoal. also stick to white shirt. make sure to have oxford cap toes.

hair can also make a huge difference. whether its long or short make sure to have it neatly brushed to the side. no buzz cuts. no mop haircuts. i agree with the glasses comment as well.

also make sure to have a sophisticated leather portfolio and/or nice leather bag. its all in the details. just look the part and show you belong in a corporate setting and you'll be fine.

People do give a fuck asshole. First impressions are huge in interviews, and appearance is a large part of that.

Also, I've been able to grow a full beard since I was 16 to hide my baby face. I pity you friend.
